‘Stand Your Ground’ Champions Ukraine as a stoic nation that would not give in, no matter what. It has a catchy drumbeat sound. I wrote the lyrics before the war began, then refined them to reflect what was happening at that time. The songs stand along as a compliment to a nation that was up and against one of the world’s militarily huge and aggressive nations. Anna Mozolevych sings with passionate resistance in both English and Ukrainian.
